Chain Macros
Chain Macros (shown as Macro in the parameter source picker) are named knobs attached to a specific chain. Map any number of effect parameters to a macro to control them all from one slider.
They are ideal for per-preset performance controls — things like “Intensity”, “Color Shift”, or “Chaos” that you want to sweep live without diving into individual parameters.
Adding a macro
Section titled “Adding a macro”Right-click a chain in the sidebar → Add Chain Macro. A new macro slot appears on the chain card. You can add up to 5 macros per chain.
You can also add macros from the Chain Macros section inside the chain’s inspector panel.
Mapping a parameter to a macro
Section titled “Mapping a parameter to a macro”- Right-click any effect parameter → open the source picker
- Under Control, tap Macro
- The parameter is now driven by that macro slot
Repeat for as many parameters as you like. All mapped parameters move together when you adjust the macro knob.
Renaming and deleting macros
Section titled “Renaming and deleting macros”In the track inspector’s MACROS section, right-click a macro row → Rename or Delete Macro. Deleting a macro clears all mappings to it.
Performance use
Section titled “Performance use”Macro knobs appear as sliders directly on the chain card in the sidebar, so they’re always visible and accessible during a live set without opening any inspector.
